A deeply restorative balm crafted from grass-fed tallow and a thoughtful blend of non-comedogenic, skin-supportive oils, designed to comfort, moisturize, and protect delicate or stressed skin. Infused with a gentle yet potent herbal medley of chamomile, calendula, yarrow, nettle, dandelion root, marshmallow root, and licorice root. Good for use on body, face, or lips.

INGREDIENTS

• Grass-fed tallow - Our grass fed tallow creates an ultra moisturizing, easily absorbing body butter that is less likely to clog pores or leave you feeling greasy. It penetrates deep into the skin's layers due to its unique compatibility with human skin and contains natural vitamins A, D, E, and K, all of which are beneficial for skin health. Tallow's fatty acid profile includes conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), an omega-6 fatty acid found primarily in animal fats from ruminants and known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which support skin balance, barrier restoration, and collagen creation. Tallow moisturizes and protects your skin. It is suitable for almost all skin types.
• Infused botanicals - soothes, hydrates, and supports the skin’s natural barrier. This gentle, herbal-rich blend helps calm irritation, retain moisture, and leave skin soft, balanced, and healthy-looking.
• Jojoba Oil - The closest plant oil in composition to human skin, it is not an oil at all, but a liquid waxy. It can help to regulate sebum production and assist with the breakdown of sebum that has clogged up pores. It helps skin feel soft and smooth as well as moisturized without oiliness.
• Sunflower Oil - Rich in vitamins (especially vitamin E) and beta-carotene as well as fatty acids that moisturize and protect the skin. It helps maintain the skin's natural barrier, promote new skin cell growth, and lock in moisture for longer lasting hydration.
• Squalane - gentle, fast-absorbing oil that locks in moisture, supports the skin’s barrier, and keeps skin soft, smooth, and healthy-looking.
• Meadowfoam seed oil - Rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, it softens skin, soothes dryness, and leaves a silky, non-greasy finish.
• Vitamin E - Antioxidant that helps maintain and restore skin barrier function by helping to protect cells from damage and retaining moisture.

All of the tallow products at Broken Rock Farms are crafted using carefully chosen ingredients, selected with intention to ensure quality and effectiveness. Our primary goal is to provide tallow based soaps and skincare that focus on supporting natural skin barrier function. Our products are free from sulfates, phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde, petrochemicals, mineral oil, synthetic detergents, and other harsh ingredients.

INSTRUCTIONS

With clean, dry hands, warm a small amount between your fingertips or palms until it melts into an oil, then massage it onto the skin.

Our products are designed for all skin types, however, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

OUR PROCESS

After the rendering process, our tallow products are created by combining grass-fed tallow and other natural ingredients. We carefully monitor and regulate temperatures to protect the integrity of all ingredients.
