The scent blends sparkling bergamot with a hint of peppermint for a refreshing, uplifting twist on citrus. Our blend of tallow and plant oils are whipped to a light, airy texture, delivering deep, lasting moisture that keeps skin soft and smooth. 

INGREDIENTS

• Grass fed tallow - Our grass fed tallow creates an ultra moisturizing, easily absorbing body butter that is less likely to clog pores or leave you feeling greasy. It penetrates deep into the skin's layers due to its unique compatibility with human skin and contains natural vitamins A, D, E, and K, all of which are beneficial for skin health. Tallow's fatty acid profile includes conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), an omega-6 fatty acid found primarily in animal fats from ruminants and known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which support skin balance, barrier restoration, and collagen creation. Tallow moisturizes and protects your skin. It is suitable for almost all skin types.
• Plant oils - Formulated to work with our grass fed tallow to provide skin additional nourishment and moisture, as well as improve barrier function. Plus, they won't clog your pores or leave a greasy feel.
• Cetyl Alcohol - A fatty alcohol that smooths and softens skin by creating a protective barrier that retains moisture for longer lasting hydration.
• Arrowroot powder - Can help alleviate excessive dryness. Leaves a soft finish.
• Vitamin E - Antioxidant that helps maintain and restore skin barrier function by helping to protect cells from damage and retaining moisture.

All of the tallow products at Broken Rock Farms are crafted using carefully chosen ingredients, selected with intention to ensure quality and effectiveness. Our primary goal is to provide tallow based soaps and skincare that focus on supporting natural skin barrier function. Our products are free from sulfates, phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde, petrochemicals, mineral oil, synthetic detergents, and other harsh ingredients.

DIRECTIONS

To use, we recommend applying directly after a shower or bath onto damp skin. Start with a small amount to avoid greasiness. Add more as needed. Work butter into skin and allow 1-2 minutes to absorb. For external use only. Due to the differences from commercially made products, your skin may experience an adjustment period. Our products are designed for use on all skin types, however, we always recommend performing a patch test before full body use.

For best results, try these tips with your whipped tallow butter: 

• Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
  
• If you live in a warmer area, place in the refrigerator to avoid melting and preserve freshness.
• Due to its natural ingredients, separation may occur and is normal.
• If your butter melts or separates, don't panic. Melting and/or separation do not impact product performance. We recommend cooling it down in the refrigerator and giving it a quick stir to reincorporate ingredients.
• When using, make sure your hands are clean and dry.
• Best if used within 6 months.

Each formula is thoughtfully crafted—combining the deep, restorative moisture of tallow with other butters and oils. The result is skincare that feels rich but never heavy, deeply hydrating yet breathable, and perfectly in tune with your skin’s natural balance

Essential Oils / Fragrance: We use fragrances with safety as top priority. Total essential oil and fragrance usage rates comply with IFRA standards of use and safety. All fragrances are phthalate free and California Proposition 65 compliant (they do not contain chemicals listed by the state of California at levels considered harmful to health). We do not recommend the use of fragrance or essential oils for highly sensitive skin, and we do not recommend the use of essential oils for pregnant or breastfeeding moms or children younger than two years old.
